1. All cancellations will be charged a 10% cancellation fee of the total amount of any services requested (horseback riding and any additional services).
  2. Cancellations should be carried out at least three days (72 hours) before your scheduled ride.
  3. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to a booked ride will incur an additional fee of $20 US per person.
  4. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to a booked ride will incur an additional fee of $30 US per person.
  5. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to a booked ride or no-shows will be charged in full, and you will be obligated to settle any outstanding balance no later than 48 hours after your scheduled tour departure. You will not be able to reschedule a missed ride without making a new reservation and paying a new deposit.
  6. Changes of dates can be made at least 48 hours prior to the booked ride, provided that another date/time is available.
  7. Late arrivals: Please check your confirmation email carefully to see at what time we are expecting you to arrive at the ranch and make sure you arrive on time. If you arrive late you might not be able to participate in the ride and you will have to pay your ride in full as per our cancellation policy. If you have booked a private ride and arrive late, we will wait for you up to 20 minutes after your scheduled departure time, but will still end the ride on time in order to keep our schedule.
  8. Illness/injuries: In case you are not able to participate in your booked tour due to illness or injury, we suggest that you contact your travel insurance company for a possible reimbursement. We can assist you with a receipt of your payment if needed, but are unable to make refunds due to illness or injuries.
